AniSetu values your privacy above all else. We do not sell, monetize, or broker your personal data to third-party advertisers. We do not run invasive tracker scripts or malicious adware.
When you create an account, we store your chosen username, email address, and optional profile avatar using Supabase Auth. Your personal watchlists and reviews are stored to provide synchronization across your devices.
For guest users, your watchlist and review drafts are saved directly in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you voluntarily sign in to sync with the cloud.
AniSetu hosts zero pirated video files. Outgoing links point exclusively to official licensed streaming services (e.g. Crunchyroll, Netflix, Muse Asia, Prime Video) which maintain their own independent privacy standards.
